Questions people ask
Do I need to know what MP4 or AVI means?
No. You tell us what you want to do, like email it or play it on an older TV. We choose the file type and the size for you. If you do know the file type you need, you can pick it yourself.
What does it cost?
One flat price per video, shown before you pay. There is no account and no subscription. You see a free preview first, so you only pay once you can see it works.
What is the free preview?
A short sample of your finished video, about six seconds, plus the size the finished file will be. If it looks right, you pay and we make the whole thing.
What happens to my video?
It is used only to make your file. If you do not buy, we delete it within a few hours. If you buy, your finished file is kept for 24 hours so you can download it, then it is deleted. You can delete it yourself at any moment.
Will you see my video?
No person looks at your video. A computer program changes the file. The AI that helps you pick a purpose only sees the words you type and plain facts like length and size, never the video.
How big a video can I upload?
Up to 1 GB. That covers most phone videos. If yours is bigger, write to us and we will help.
Are location tags removed?
Yes. Phone videos often carry the place where they were filmed. Your finished file does not.
