Terms
Last updated October 18, 2026
Short version: upload only videos you may use, pay once, download within 24 hours, and ask us if anything goes wrong.
These terms cover your use of PlayableVid (playablevid.com), run by SHORE AI LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site does
PlayableVid changes the file type, size and settings of a video you upload, so it works for what you want to do with it.
What you may upload
Upload only videos you have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal, or anything that shows the sexual abuse of a child. We do not watch uploads, but we may remove files and block use if we learn of misuse. Do not try to break the site, overload it, or use it in bulk.
Price, preview and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is charged once per video through Stripe. The free preview shows a short sample of the result and its estimated size. The finished file may differ slightly in size from the estimate.
Download window and deletion
Your finished file is kept for 24 hours after it is ready. Download it in that time. After that it is deleted and we cannot recover it. Unpaid uploads are deleted within a few hours. Keep your original, because we delete our copy.
Refunds
If the finished file cannot be made, will not play as described, or something else went wrong, write to info@playablevid.com within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Quality
Making a video smaller or changing its type can reduce its quality. We aim for the best result for the purpose you choose, but we cannot promise a particular look or that every device will play the file.
Our content
The site and its text belong to SHORE AI LLC. Your video remains yours. You give us permission to process it only to make your file.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Law
These terms follow the laws of California. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
